Return & Refund Policies
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
· Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receipt of your order.
· Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Please ensure that products are returned with all original packaging, instructions, labels, and accessories. Failure to meet these requirements may impact your refund eligibility.
How to Initiate a Return:
· Contact Us: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at returns@ohayodesigns.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
· Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
· Please ship the return to us within 7 days of receiving Return Authorization instructions. Returns posted later than 7 days of RMA receipt without prior authorization may impact refund eligibility.
Return Shipping:
· Cost: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product). A return label will be provided and the shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
· Packaging: Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit. Use a trackable shipping service with insurance to ensure your return is received. We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during the return process - please take the necessary precautions.
Refunds and Exchanges:
· Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
· Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items:
· Final Sale: Certain items may be marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated in the product description.
Defective or Damaged Items:
· Please inspect your order upon receipt. We apologize in advance if an issue occurs with your order. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of arrival at returns@ohayodesigns.com with your order number, photos of the defective or damaged item and details of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
