Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic Shipping: Within the Contiguous US. HI, AK, PR, and the USVI may require additional delivery time.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout for availability.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight of the order.
Delivery Times: Vary by country, typically 7-14 business days.
Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues:
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Ensure any suite or apartment numbers are included. Ohayo Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
